@NorthernInvader yeah, once you read the story you realize that it's about Russia's claim to have stopped Ukraine's forces in Russia. But my first thought was 'OMG is the war ending?'

war will not end till January when its too cold to fight and Harris takes office.
Russia will try negotiating and end and will cut its losses when Harris is elected.
