It is now dawning on me that Dell is a Texas company & that my predicted ship date on this box may be underestimated...
Dang--got notification from Dell on Wednesday that the box was built & ready to ship out, with a delivery date of... today! Much rejoicing.
Then Thursday the fedex tracking page just says "Shipment Exception" and there's no delivery date.
Sad trombone...

As of this morning, the box is in Seattle. Woot!
