@PapaPeugeot It turned out delicious! They were cooked after just three hours on low, so I kept them on "Keep Warm" for awhile and made mashed potatoes. I added about half a teaspoon each of salt and pepper and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the gravy. π
