A experiment today, thick pork chops seasoned with plenty of salt, pepper, paprika, and poultry seasoning, braising in onion gravy. We'll see how it turns out.

@PapaPeugeot It turned out delicious! They were cooked after just three hours on low, so I kept them on "Keep Warm" for awhile and made mashed potatoes. I added about half a teaspoon each of salt and pepper and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the gravy. 😋
