Good morning, everybody! 😀
☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️
I've been making coffee with one of these lovely devices (pictured below). And it's a nice change from the usual drip coffee. Any good advice on how to make the absolute best most killer coffee with it?

@JanetZumba_FalPals @TheAbbotTrithemius I use a cordless electric version of that device in stainless steel. I would add the use of soft water if available.
@Houndog @JanetZumba_FalPals @TheAbbotTrithemius I also have a stovetop one without the traditional upper section. Instead it has a platform to hold a demitasse and an outlet pipe that curves over the top to fill the cup. https://counter.social/media/zy8n9M2YUrAgWC5uhdI

That's amazing!!! I may need one. Now.😜
How is the flavor from this gadget? It is very much a true espresso boiler?

@JanetZumba_FalPals Please define "true espresso boiler." @Houndog @TheAbbotTrithemius

I absolutely love my 2 Bialetti Mokas. I have a 2 cup and a 6 cup. I have found them to be almost foolproof in making a good strong coffee. If anything, I would say to experiment with your grind size. I find that an espresso grind is nearly perfect, but some beans do better a bit coarser. As an interesting side note, check out the history of Bialetti. It is a great story.
