Here is the playlist from my first show in 1980 on UTR (University of Toronto Radio), which was closed-circuit, not air-broadcast, at the time. The original plan was to do a history of rock 'n' roll but it ended up with each show being unrelated to the others. Not sure why I didn't play Little Richard, while having so much Elvis!
The show was on September 30th and within 10 weeks John Lennon was dead, having been shot on Dec. 8th (the date in New York City).
