that's a GREAT point--i just hate to see that when 350,000,000 lives in America are at stake that there's jockeying for huge cuts of tax-payer funding. i don't mind funding IF they are able to actually deliver per their contracts (rarely occurs) or even better than their contracts (NEVER occurs,) as this is literally a matter of Life & Death!

“The current system appears to be faltering at multiple levels so I do think having more distributors involved is prudent,” said Amesh Adalja, a senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security.
