That's a boot interface for several different operating systems. Looks like they're running on "virtual machines," meaning they run inside a program that makes them think they're running on a regular computer all by themselves. I might be drooling. ๐ ๐
@matuzalem @Jorro
That is totally awesome! I'm hoping to get back to real computer land this winter, been too long.
You might know the solution or clues to a problem I ran into last spring. Family crisis came up and I had to wait until now.
I reinstalled Win 11 on my laptop, and was setting up a multiboot with Linux Mint, when something went wrong and I can't boot to USB device, but have no CD or floppy drive.
I think I need to flash my BIOS, can that be done from inside Win?
@matuzalem
And no big deal if that's too big a subject for right now. Thought I'd run it by you just in case. ๐
@p3R1n01D @matuzalem Iโm an ignorant of all that , that is why I asked.
@Jorro
It's an unusual problem, but I figure it can't hurt to put it out there and see.
@p3R1n01D @matuzalem awesome!! Thanks !!
@matuzalem @p3R1n01D excellent!! Thanks!!
macOS virtualizes nicely. Iโve an OS 9 for my ancient copy of Tropico and one for Sonoma (or Catalina?)โฆ I rarely use it except for destructive testing.
@matuzalem what is that ?
