I set up a new aquarium last weekend, moving fish from my old aquarium but adding new decorations and plants. The plants are bouncing back after a bit of browning due to stress. I have added fertilizer and CO2 injection and it has made a big difference.

I have had aquariums most of my life, but I am getting more technical than I have in the past.

Any other aquarium hobbyists here? Is there a hashtag?

Today is the first day of my new running program. It has been years since I last ran, and I would like to get back to it as part of my weight loss and fitness journey.

It was a light walk/run of just a mile, but it was a start.
