I played golf today with an American who lives in Canada and the US. He mailed in his vote yesterday. Said he had to vote against Trump!

Forcing myself to go to bed. I am very tired but I happened to run across a bunch of records from the 1600’s about my 9th great grandparents, who are considered the first English settlers of Nova Scotia. Exciting, but unfortunately this will have to wait until tomorrow.

This is an extremely rare event.

I have lost 35 pounds over the past several months. As a result, I am grateful for the opportunity to donate 24 lightly-used shirts today.

I am about to sit still, close my eyes, focus on breathing for 15 minutes while listening to someone with a soft voice tell me how to be more productive.

Yet I make fun of my fellow golfers and their spending habits. 🤣

It amazes me how many golfers will spend $800 on a new driver but not $100 on a lesson.
