Suppose a hypothetical woman gets her COVID vaccine, runs a low grade fever for a day, and her hypothetical spouse, sensing her temporary weakness, instructs Alexa to play Baby Shark on repeat.
Would a hypothetical jury find her guilty?

Now that I have, there's not a jury on the planet that would convict this hypothetical woman on anything. Hell, if I was her lawyer, I would say it was self-defense for her own sanity.
