And if that works, it could also work for the larger engines that generate electricity for the grid. And if that works, it's all over. No more need for fossil fuels. I still think EV's are the wave of the future, especially if they can get their power from solar, but a hybrid EV in which the secondary engine is powered by water/hydrogen sounds like the best of both worlds.
