Ugh, my lower back is killing me today. Woke up at 3 am with it in pain and it hasn't eased yet, despite codeine and Ibruprofen. The pain is actually making me nauseous. Not often this happens but when it does, whoo boy... 😩

IKWYM.. Yesterday I was playing with the dogs, the floor was slippery, my socks had no grip, and down I went. For a few minutes I just lay there thinking about that old commercial where the woman cries out, "I've fallen and I can't get up!"
