i don't think so. he expected deference, got hard questions instead, got triggered (you can see his expression changing as it builds) then responded as he would to anyone beneath him, as he sees everyone, with lies and insults.
totally predictable actually, and i suspect they knew it.
i agree. she knows his type and how to trigger him. he would implode rapidly.

How would a future debate with Ms Harris play out any differently than this interview?
He's unable to speak on any policy issues, he responds poorly to being challenged, his rah rah rally bullshit won't fly... If Ms Harris were to successfully push him hard on the debate stage, he wouldn't come out of that looking like the strongman he needs to present to his cult.
I don't see how he would do well in that setting either.
