@poemblaze I purposely bought these feeders to give the little birds a chance and they bully their way right in there.

@sarcasmsign i trained grackles around here by removing the feeders whenever they took over and spreading some seed on the ground for them to access.
eventually they didn't hog the feeders, just serially used one of 3.
it did work, but the young teenager grackles have to be reminded every season.
it's time consuming, yes🥵
