My partner and I have dropped the ball a bit, the house is a pigsty.
It's overwhelming and I try to start but I do one thing and get stuck mentally and can't keep it up
The kids won't help and say they don't care the house is a mess.
I stopped inviting people over.

Similar here. We both have covid so in seperate rooms now. Plus our boi (🐕) is incontinent so changing his diapers four times a day. Living room looks like a messy medical centre. Just gotta keep things as clean as possible and remember that "This too shall pass".
