You cannot make money killing the system that oversees the system. What you will get is massive inflation, massive unemployment and massive debt. Think Greece or Argentina without the happy ending.
Greece’s unemployment is STILL over 10% and it’s been a decade.

Which means more people lose their jobs. Secondary, tertiary jobs will be lost. This isn’t me talking out of my butt, this is basic economics. Economists have been writing about this before any of you were born.

It’s worse than that—it’s a fundamental misunderstanding of HOW THINGS WORK. Musk has a degree in economics which he MUST have paid someone to take the tests because quite literally the idea of secondary and tertiary jobs is pretty damn fundamental.
As an example, EVERY Congressperson wants a military base because it generates MORE JOBS than just the base. Lose the base, those jobs disappear. And people can’t buy stuff. Which affects the local economy.
It’s just dumb.

Musk is ignorant about a lot of things. Economics (despite his degree) is not his forte. Scams? Yes, he will take people for a ride (yes, that was a slam on Tesla—good luck when he turns that into a taxi business).

I agree with what you're saying... at this point, I think the real reason that trump's entire game plan is focused on killing the entire govt to get rid of laws & oversight... they want a "free market" so they can be free to do whatever they want to make which does focus on making a killing by ruining millions who are not billionaires.
True free markets collapse. You need rules to keep things stable. The history of our country is that free markets result in constant booms and busts. It is only regulation that smooths things out.
It’s why engines employ methods to regulate. If they did not, they would destroy themselves.
Yes, the "Free Market" needs rules, laws & regulation to work for everyone, not just billionaires & presidents of the Clown Cabinet Circus.
