@feloneouscat back in the 90’s, I had a boyfriend who lived in a Quonset hut partially filled with studios (all his close friends). We had numerous smash parties pushing stuff from the upstairs balcony.
I married him 😁 (25 yrs this month).

@feloneouscat When the carnival came to town there were local vendors, too. One fixture was a fundraiser (for what I forget): they’d take a junk car; paint half Alabama crimson & white, half Auburn orange & blue.

Guys paid $ for 3 mins w a sledgehammer to bash the car. It was a teenage boy rite of passage
