Thing is, I have to wonder if Seal Team 6 would follow an order like that. They take the same oath as any other member of the military. "All enemies, foreign and domestic."

Unless he manages to stack them with his followers, I suppose. I know that's one of the goals of Project 25. So I guess it's possible.
