I don't talk much about #politics in #CoSo but don't get me wrong, I'll NEVER stop fighting against the GOP and/or tfg etc... but I AM curious... is anybody else as burnt out about tfg as I am? I mean, like I said, I'll continue to fight against his bullshit, but every day it's MORE "trump this trump that"... I was never much into politics until tfg got involved then I started getting involved, and now I can't help but stay involved even if I don't say much about it.. just curious is all....

TFG is the embodiment of everything I have ever been against and fought against all my life. So yeah.
@duglop Definitely burnt out. After that fool was elected, I was really active in a group on Facebook and on Twitter, as well as local work with Indivisible. I have backed off everything. I haven’t given up and I donate what I can to campaigns, but I just don’t have the stomach for it anymore. I can’t stand to see the orange menace’s face or hear his creepy voice.
Now I’m just a grandma doing quilting, gardening, reading, walking my dog. It’s a lot more peaceful in my head.

The burnout is very real. I consume less news than before, and I listen to my body when what I do consume wears me out.
@ TomeReader @duglop @GrandmaJ The most news I “watch” are the blurbs I see here from Owl and DJ. I don’t click on hardly any that are political in nature bc I just … can’t. I’m tired. Also see: disappointed bc nothing happens to that demented doorknob. I’m building up my energy and protecting my peace for now.

I've been burnt out on that vapid fool since he descended the damn escalator.
I will never understand how anyone could listen to him speak and truly believe he was competent to do anything.
