Commercials don't need to be longer than 10 seconds. Show me the product, tell me what it does, then fuck off. These 3 minute commercials are so annoying.

I don't need a story about family or some adventure. It's like those god forsaken recipe websites that tell you their entire life story before getting to the food part.

I don't know how true it is/if they still do it, but my uncle, who was stationed (Air Force) in Holland for several years, told me they show their commercials all at one time before a show airs. I'd like that.
@JoyfullyDazed yeah, that sounds pretty sweet. I could handle that. If I recall correctly (and I'm probably not) I heard commercials in Japan were really short.

"COKE! IT'S A SODA!"
"ADIDAS: SNEAKER FOR RUNNING!"
"FIDELITY INVESTMENTS: MONEY THINGS!"
