What will it take for people to realize this guy was never really working for us, this whole time?
We want to believe in heroes so much that we'll accept anyone who makes us a promise, without stopping to see if they keep promises.

@dietotaku I'm glad you're happy with the way things have turned out after 50+ years of his efforts.
But what he's mostly done is promised the world, delivered half-assed, and cooperated with the same forces that funded and overtook the Republican party.
He's grudgingly changed his messaging over the years, but he's been in the way of progress more than behind it.
