when your "specific viewpoint" involves telling people to eat horse dewormer and INJECT BLEACH, you do not have a First Amendment right to share that "viewpoint." it falls under yelling "fire" in a crowded theater and also speaks to a serious mental disturbance that needs treatment, not amplification.
