Billionaires to paupers to middle class, never smoked, smoked like chimneys, ate a perfect diet or ate utter garbage, drank like fishes daily or never touched the stuff, worked out or took walks or sat on their asses all their lives…it killed em all. No amount of money or “prevention” methods made any diff. 🤷♂️
