@janallmac @stueytheround @awnaves My father ended up having 5 back surgeries before his passing. Two were fusions. The first started as a herniated disk so take care of your back. Stretch it. #ChiropracticCare added life and strength to him if you can find a good doctor in your area. Sadly, many are only in it for the money.

Thank you, you are right! My 'herniation; is not terribly severe. Herniated disk sounds so much more dramatic than it really is, for me, anyway. I would love to find a good chiropractor, and I'm cautious about many of them as well.
