Kill all electronics and satellites. For even more fun, kill almost all electronics and satellites for only 1 hemisphere. Unless it's limited to the Pacific hemisphere, think of the possibilities.
Drop everyone affected back at least 120 years. We can't support the current population without tech.

yes, i've been watching the solar storm reports. the last one forced some elon satellites into lower orbits, and the word is the next ones could be worse.
