I was up until 3 o'clock last night so I could watch the clocks turn back. I mean, did I really gain that hour if I sleep through it?
(ok, it was really because I was playing Starfield, but the point stands)
Yeah, it's a do-over hour.
The only possible issue is that it costs you an hour of completely LOST time in the spring, and who knows WHAT the hell you might have gotten up to.

Anything you did between the FIRST one-to-two ayem hour gets overwritten by the second.
They do it in the middle of the night so people can't take out loans.
