Puppy mills are the worst kind of breeder. Years ago I did dog rescue most of the dogs placed with us were from puppy mills. Today I saw an advert her for someone that has puppies. A quick reverse search and I see about 12 different breeds offered on various sites. So this is ether a puppy mill or an outright scammer.
If you want a dog please consider a shelter dog they make just as great a companion.

@Lucky188 I volunteered for years at our local county animal shelter. It was run by their sheriff’s office and the deputies spent a fair amount of time and effort busting up backyard breeders and hoarders who were treating dogs horrendously. You can find awesome dogs - including purebreds - at shelters. Adopt, don’t shop.
@cassandra17lina Those were the most common types (breeders/hoarders) and yes many had papers. They almost always needed rehab before they could 'be a dog' - most often afraid of being out of a crate or cage and OK weeks to get them do realize there's a whole forest to pee on out there.
