Attention contractors who “just happen to be in the neighborhood” and imagine that that somehow conveys a free pass to evade our community’s “no solicitation” regulation. If you park in my driveway, walk up my walkway, step onto my front porch and see this, it means that I have two dogs. The instant that you ring my doorbell, they’ll go berserk, often while I’m enjoying some quiet time. Even if you’re selling a service that I need, there’s NO WAY I’ll ever do business with you. #DogsOfCoSo
@holon42 No kidding. This guy pointed out that I have my original roof. No s***, Sherlock. We opted for a 30-year roof when we built the house; the house is now 13 years old. No, I don’t want a free roof inspection. I’ve got a drone and can check it out myself. I’ve also got 28 solar panels that I don’t want to remove needlessly. Never darken my door again, fool.
yup, your roof looks perfect.
@cassandra17lina The last one who tried that with me followed me into some chicken shit. I shrugged. He never came back.
@cassandra17lina
that's a sure sign of a scam, which is being warned about in the local media again.
never go for these spur of the moment deals. ever.
