Just made a tasty fry sauce with equal parts ketchup, mayo, and gochujang plus a good squeeze of the juice from some kim chi.

Oh yeah, that's great!

I also like chili crisp on vanilla ice cream (some brands work better than others for this--Fly by Jing is great for it)... or, Whole Foods has a black sesame ice cream with coconut. A little chili crisp on that is sooo good.
