If I want to get into Data Analytics what are my options? Any credible programs that are free or at least not hella expensive that I can complete?
I already do a lot of data gathering in my healthcare job but don’t have time to do anything meaningful with it.. nor does admin seem to care anyway.

Are you thinking of reporting, or more inferential/machine-learny type stuff?
