So...explain to me what happened here? That hisvault.eth account was generating tweets using Chat GPT and clearly ran out of credits. But then the other people were able to make hisvault.eth reply using their Chat GPT credits? Is that right?
Seems like Xwitter should be able to put a stop to that sort of thing without too much fuss.
