I’m a mess.

Pushed myself too hard on the pulleys at PT now both shoulders/neck killing me. Two shots in right arm hurting at inoculation site. Exhausted from getting up 4X last night after pounding liquids to offset Covid & Tdap vax. Headache is lesser but still on.

Cry baby cry.

(PT again today)
