Don't wanna jinx it, but I believe I have just achieved the Platonic ideal of sourdough brioche dough. Now what to put into it in a few hours... 🤔
If the smell is even close to the taste... Must let it cool. Must let it cool.

And the answer is... Dark chocolate caramel with sliced almonds. And holy smokes did it grow!
