Yeah, there's a secondary argument that since the people knew what he stood for already, and T was complaining about the debate they should've just called the whole thing off (before the date was set) and just worked on putting Biden's promises in front of voters, not fundraising emails but actual communications, instead some very powerful but misguided people pushed him to debate and then to step aside.

i enjoyed it when the RNC convention occurred before Harris stepped into the picture.

On the other hand, i think if Harris had been able to participate in the Democratic Primary with other people, that would have been easier for people to "grasp."

Apparently Pelosi wanted an open primary but Biden immediately endorsed Kamala Harris, and that F'd her machination, I can't imagine her thinking him dropping out was scheduling anything but an election loss, and I think a lot of people said it to her on Tw but she chose to ignore them. OK, I KNOW a lot told her.

The idea that a top of ticket could drop out a month before an election ws ludicrous, she was wrong. Bottom line she was wrong.
It's rare that she is, but Kamala was the only one who could've pulled the support/money needed, but Gen Z abandoned over Palestine, they didn't believe it wasn't Biden's decision (it wasn't, Netanyahu was gonna do how he was gonna do)...Gen Z abandoned over Palestine before he stepped down, it was done. nobody was gonna abandon Israel.
