Carrot cake is pretty damn good, but I still feel the first person to come up with the idea was on heavy fucking drugs.
I love carrot cake so much it's worth picking out all the nasty raisins (which I skip if I'm making it). π€€

@Agatha @Stevo I love raisins. I'd be willing to bet whoever it was lived in the snowy lands like me where we eat all the root vegetables and was wishing they had apples about this time of year.
Goes to cupboard. It'd be lovely to have some moist apple cake... Oh. There's potatoes, rutabagas, parsnips and carrots but no apples left. π€ π
