@Smersh Wouldn’t… given the context of the class, this be a good way to study a kind of race relations?
I mean, given the context, it’s entirely natural to study the situation…?
@EnochianEntropy sure, if they were actually studying history and not far left talking points and theories about the “occupation” of Gaza.
@Smersh They are studying history as it happen. I don't particularly like the rather biased language of the professor, but wouldn't at least going to the event and studying it not necessarily be bad?
I mean, going to a Trump rally as, say, an anthropologist is fascinating, I'm sure.
@EnochianEntropy now I’m wondering if someplace like Liberty actually had field trips to 45’s rallies. Huh!
@Smersh Probably.
While the professor’s motivations are suspect, the students aren’t necessarily the same.
I’ve known Liberty students that only went there because it was cheap.
@Smersh Though, granted, I don’t have a lot of reason to trust anything they said to me, but nevertheless.
@Smersh but you know- buying votes is illegal. /facepalm
@MookyTroubadour I’d be pissed if my tuition went towards that crap.
“Chanting free Palestine from the river to the sea means the end of Israel”
“What do you think [Hamas] will do if they gain control of Israel?”
“[Hamas] terrorists are using your values against you”
