So if officers do try and enforce the governments newfound “emergency against the second amendment” they are personally liable for violating citizens rights!

ABQ PD released a statement saying they will not enforce the order and the only state cops will. They rightly say they will continue their policing campaign of arresting criminals and prosecuting to the fullest extent.
