Fun fact! NM was the second state after CO to remove qualified immunity for police officers. 👮
So if officers do try and enforce the governments newfound “emergency against the second amendment” they are personally liable for violating citizens rights!
ABQ PD released a statement saying they will not enforce the order and the only state cops will. They rightly say they will continue their policing campaign of arresting criminals and prosecuting to the fullest extent.
"A federal judge on Wednesday temporarily blocked a ban on carrying guns in New Mexico's largest city"
Even David Hogg called it.
You have the right to defend yourself, no matter what evil others perpetrate nor what the government thinks may solve that evil.
Not to mention at a time when government is starting to be concerned with who you are, who your kids are and who you worship, plus willing to pass laws to enforce their vision.

@Oldguyaz you all going to set up checkpoints coming into cities?
What about the firearms already within city limits?
@Smersh don’t get it !Old west many towns you had to check your gun upon entering and got them back when you left ! Many gun free zones no guns within 600 ft of a school !If the Governor can’t do what she said then all the other bans are BS ! So let’s go the other way 2nd amendment right of citizens to keep and bear ?A 5 yr old is a citizen should be able to carry a gun !WHERE IS THE LINE THIS WEEK.
