You know I don’t think the department of education is going anywhere. He would need another act of congress to undo this act of congress here. And I don’t think he’ll have the numbers for that…

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Departme

@Siren_six They will just 😅 underfund the department to the point where there's only a CFO left to handle their own paycheck and recoup the student loans they are owed.

@TG2 I also think it’s possible to sue the administration and tie them up in court.

@Siren_six No they just want to mold the Dept of Ed into their image. Agenda 47 inc. " Creating a new way to certify teachers based on their patriotism, giving preferential funding and treatment to states and school districts that abolish teacher tenure for grades K through 12 and adopt merit pay, cutting the number of school administrators (specifically the ones in charge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)), and adopting direct election of school principals by the parents" AND WORSE

@stuckinaredstate I do still think they could be sued over that.

@Siren_six I question any recourse in the federal judiciary and SCOTUS because the courts have been stacked so much in their favor. Google Leonard Leo and Opus Dei and the courts and see how much their religious influence has affected the selection of judges. Many judges don't hide their bias or recuse themselves these days.

@Siren_six I can't imagine how he could get an act of Congress through with Republican control of both houses.

Or by getting rid of congress, or not listening to congress, by counting on the court to protect him.

Laws don't come down from heaven and protect us. Hands and minds do.
