Partner victim of credit card fraud; received a cc from a bank he doesn’t bank with and bank didn’t follow correct procedure (in #Canada need SIN number - that didn’t happen). They didn’t even need physical card; just opened account online, got #, and started racking up charges. Account is closed and charges will be reversed but it seems #fraud is too easy with #RoyalBank
