Yesterday, we sat down for lunch with my dad and his wife.
I complemented them both on how festively they were dressed. It was at this moment that my father lifted up his red sweater and showed off his T-shirt underneath. I believe it was TFGs mug shot with the words "Never Surrender".
I didn't overdo my emotional response though. That came later when he said we needed to get rid of social security.
I laughed hard to his face.
