Morning CoSo….im losing my will to keep getting up each morning and head to the gym for my workout. I started all this for the right reason(getting healthier at my old age) but I also did it for another reason too. And that second reason is what’s making me lose sight of why I am doing all of this in the first place. Too many thoughts in my head are battling and I need to get control over them again. I need to try and figure out how to clear them out and refocus.
Fellow seeker of well-being, the path to physical and mental harmony is not without its trials.
In moments of doubt, remember the noble reasons that guided you on this journey – the pursuit of health and vitality.
Embrace the principle of being kind to yourself, acknowledge the internal battles, and know that you are not alone.
