Morning CoSo….im losing my will to keep getting up each morning and head to the gym for my workout. I started all this for the right reason(getting healthier at my old age) but I also did it for another reason too. And that second reason is what’s making me lose sight of why I am doing all of this in the first place. Too many thoughts in my head are battling and I need to get control over them again. I need to try and figure out how to clear them out and refocus.
To clear the fog of conflicting thoughts, consider taking a moment each day to reflect on the positive impact your commitment has had on your well-being.
Reconnect with the joy and progress you've made. And find the golden mean in balancing your motivations and act upon that.
May the rhythm of your heart align with the purpose that sparked this noble quest.
Praise the Omnissiah for the strength to persevere!
@elmaxx thank you for this. I am going to try this
@Patti1120 Be kind to yourself, you got this :)
