I live in a very Red district in a very Blue State. I was looking for places to move to and I was specifically looking for predominately Dem areas. Probably staying put as family is here and the State politics are more important to my life than County. I totally understand the tribal urges but decided bring a thorn in my GOPer neighbors side was good too. #politics

@Redskye572 the very first thing needed to speak at a school district meeting is to prove that you at least live in the district! You should have a kid or gkid enrolled but being a resident is required for sure.
@Redskye572 it’s a disturbing pattern that they only care about perceived “bad” in others and ignore the branch in their own eye. It really creeps me out that they spend so much time focused on other people’s intimate lives and decisions. It’s sooooo weird! 🤪
@NorCalCherylLyn Agreed. She told me that the parents were getting incensed by the homophobia and transphobia that these out of district trouble makers were causing. Glendale is fairly dem, large Armenian population and of the belief that you don’t mess with other people’s kids. I agree.
