I was on the struggle bus this morning and it has taught me things!
I did not get a chance for my hour cool down last night, as I made allowances for family movie night, and then got caught up. I slept much more fitfully, but still rested well in the time I got.
The body was not in the mood to work today, but that's where I know to focus forward and rely on discipline.
Still you can see, it wasn't near the intensity level as yesterday, but it's still progress.

@NiveusLepus Given you didn't get the cooldown time you needed, I'd let your body have a rest day to catch up with that. You can always return to your normal gym schedule tomorrow. *nods.*
@PaganMother I'm going to focus hard today on getting my cooldown before bed, and getting to sleep on time.

Went to bed late, slept in, groggy. Trying to interact on CoSo this morning. Thoughts are there, words not. 🥱 Gonna get breakfast and try again later. 🍳
@Vozy @NiveusLepus Ahhhhh I immediately went "WAIT I KNOW THAT IMAGE, FALLOUT! YAY!" and then I remembered I spent the last week playing FO76 bonding with my husband and sleeping in until 5pm. lmfao

There's a guy on youtube, Hybrid Calisthenics that has a great mindset for fitness. He talks often about how any amount of effort is better than no effort at all.
Progress, not perfection, flow not force.
I'm also another 4lbs down! ^_^
