So.. when I graduated college I was 370 lbs. (I'm 5'11)
I started working on it, and had periods where I dropped a lot of weight only to gain a bit back...
In 2020 I got down to 154 lbs, and started to scare everyone. I was running about 8 miles a day, counting calories.. all of that.
I got injured and lost two months of training and ended up at a healthy 190.
This most recent injury, has me back at 220, but it's coming down as I reestablish my routines.
@NiveusLepus That's a lot of hard work, and thanks for having the courage to share.
@NiveusLepus At my heaviest I was 342. Diet and minimal exercise got me down to 220. Injuries have me back to 280.
What you did is amazing!
@NiveusLepus I have very few of mine.
@Graci I will never be fully comfortable with whats staring back at me in the mirror unless we get into miracle or miracle technlogy territory... but... I'm making the best of what I got and its a damn site better to where I was.
Progress is progress.
@NiveusLepus Even at your heaviest, you look amazingly well proportioned in comparison to Trump.
@BlueStateBabe My Dad, who speaks very Texan will say...
"I have two kids and both are built like brick shithouses! "
Gee thanks dad!
@NiveusLepus Purple really suits you!
@stueytheround It's one of my favorite colors.
Me at 154, 190, and 230.
