This reminds me of my first job in the US Army.
I was a 91G, a Behavioral Science Specialist. I worked in a Mental Hygiene Clinic at Ft Dix NJ (talk about a rooster in a hen house but that's a story for another day).
On of the training battalions had a first sergeant who told me who know which trainees would make it by judging the separation of their brows.
His hypothesis wasn't far off.
