I mean, arthropods ruled the Earth for around 90 million years before our ancestral line even crawled out of the water, and I think they did pretty decently!

Meanwhile, we've been here for a pittance of 200,000 years, got *real* uppity around 10,000 years ago, then in the last 200 years or so accelerated industrial processes that might just take us out in the next 100, if we don't get our tribalist nonsense in check.

So give it back to the arthropods! How much worse could they be?
