@LindaGoodliffe this is why I have a TV in my bedroom that plays movies or a TV series overnight. I have the brightness down to where flashes won't bug me and the volume down enough to hear it, but not specific words.
Sometimes, when I'm hella awake, I'll just walk around my apartment with no lights on for a minute (it's 1 bedroom so it's pretty small). But mostly I'll just wake up and watch whatever's on for a bit.
@dr_zooks That’s a good idea! I miss the days when I would just fall asleep at night and wake up in the morning.
@LindaGoodliffe I've only been up just over 2 hours and I'm groaning. All night??? Ugh.
